DBC Construction LLC

DBC Construction LLC.

Derek Caldwell and his father, Dave, started DBC Construction in 2006 with a vision for building a better and overall more affordable home than the competition. Since then, the business has grown to a full service design-build company, with the addition of an experienced residential designer and real estate services. Derek began working for other builders back in 1997 while in the U.S. Marine Corps. He took his preliminary experience with roofing, framing and trim work and has since become one of only 19 Certified Graduate Builders in Washington State.

He has become an extremely efficient and educated carpenter over the past 13 years, with an expertise in framing, siding, foundations and interior finishing. Nicole joined the team in 2008, bringing her 7 years of experience in residential interior design and remodeling, as well as being a real estate broker. We are extremely focused on continuous improvement and innovations, bringing to our clients the newest and most efficient products and systems. We build all levels of Built Green homes, whether spec or custom, with the ability to consult with and advise our clients from the first conception of a new home through design development, property feasibility & purchase, and full construction process. We understand that building Green is not a fad, but rather the standard for well-built, "healthy" homes.

Our goal is to offer affordable, well-designed and well-built homes that surpass expectations of our market.
